Hotel Maastricht 
The dinner was excellent

The staff was very friendly. The design is great. And the restaurant is fantastic. Tasteful and delicious. The fish was on point, the regional winter vegetables very good. And the staff in the restaurant is so nice. Especially the young ones. Great to see that they got the chance to work and learn in a good team.
