The atmospheric à la carte Restaurant offers you a beautiful ambiance for an evening of full enjoyment!

Our chef and his kitchen staff prepare the most delicious dishes every day. We present seasonal dishes and the true Van der Valk classics!

Made from daily fresh ingredients, you will enjoy influences from different cuisines. "Fusion" is what we call it!

Weather permitting, you will of course dine on the sun terrace, where it is excellent (after)dining on a beautiful summer's day.

For groups between 10 and 15 adults, we only serve the menu Maastricht. For groups of 15 adults or more, we serve a reducedmenu, with 3 choices per course.
